Great service

Thank you for the great service and immense support! The staff is great and I did not face any issues whatsoever, no issues with checkin, travel or any other aspect! Overall amazing service and highly recommend it to everyone. I have been a member since a long time and the team was super cooperative. Wishing you all a very happy new near! This is not an app but a joke!

I have downloaded this app on both my iPhone 7 and Samsung Tab S2. It is not working well on either. It is not an app but rather a gateway to the m&m webpage. It only works in a vertical position on my devices. It is impossible to scroll to another month when trying to book a flight reward, I can only choose the current month. Impossible to look up and book awards within Miles Bargins, the book button just takes you to an info page. When you finally manage to search for flight awards you cannot see the miles price for a given day unless you click on a selected flight... Etc, etc.. there are bugs all around. Such a waste of time to use this. I’m really disappointed with this app.

Evolution in the right direction

Over time the app has become a one stop shop to solve 95% of mile issues - it’s easy to use and thiught through. Thanks!
