Wcześniej nie narzekałam, ale od paru dni nawet nie mogę zalogować się do aplikacji

Brak dawnej funkcjonalności
W starej aplikacji system informował o godzinach wjazdu na cmentarz, dziś przyjechałam z biletem o 13 a dowiedziałam się przy szlabanie że możliwy wjazd jest od 11. Nawet nie wiem czy ten bilet jest już aktywny i przepadnie?

Dzień dobry, już wyjaśniamy. Bilet wjazdu na cmentarz jest jednorazowy, nie czasowy na konkretną godzinę. Jest to równoznaczne z tym, że jest widoczny w zakładce moje bilety tak długo aż nie zostanie zeskanowany przy kontroli. Pozdrawiamy, Zespół MKM Szczecin.
Logowanie
Nie można się zalogować. I nie odsyłajcie do kontaktu mailowego, po prostu naprawcie ten stałe, powtarzający się błąd.
