Use online banking even more easily, wherever you are. Moje ING mobile application provides all banking functionalities which you use in your computer, and, additional ones developed especially for the application.
Most frequently used functionalities of Moje ING internet banking enable you to:
• pay your bills, pay back your credit card, set standing orders, top up our mobile phone
• have full access to your account history and a superfast transfer search engine
• see a graphic showing how much and what you spend your money on
• set your saving goals and see how you achieve them
• open accounts, term deposits, apply for cash loans and all other products offered by the Bank
• change transactional limits for your cards
• download rebate codes enabling cheaper shopping

Additional functionalities available in the application only:
• instantaneous logging in with a PIN number or Touch ID
• preview of the account balance prior to logging in – you choose the way this information should be presented. As an amount or a percentage value.
• Push notifications after every transaction – money transfer, money withdrawal at the ATM or payment with a card – you know what is happening in your account without launching the application
• your own main screen shortcuts before logging in – you decide which functionalities and shortcuts are most useful for you
• Receipts – you take a picture, save it and it is done. You have access to your receipts from every device.

Payments, transfers and mobile phone withdrawals with the application:
• BLIK – you pay for your shopping with a code. You withdraw your money at an ATM. You deposit your money at our CDMs – also to your savings account
• transfer to a phone number – sned and receive money as easily as text messages
• fast transfers from your savings account to your personal account without logging in – you may easily transfer PLN 50, 100 or 200 to your personal account.

Best mobile banking experience

I chose ING as a bank because their offering of self-service through web and mobile applications was superior to anything else I saw in terms of both UX and functionality. Great work of the application development team!

As for the improvement ideas - immediate access to BLIK codes would be great. I have shortcut to BLIK on the login screen - which is a fantastic idea. But once I log in, it gets buried so deep down under “services” menu that it’s easier to close the application and start it again just to get BLIK on the login screen and use it. Keeping it next to the accounts in the start screen after login would be really nice

Lots of features, Intuitive (!!) and really focused on the user!

I honestly can say there is no better app than this. It offers free stuff like managing your budget and how to work on savings (they just offer it right away - you don’t have to search), it informs about different offers at the biginning and doesn’t bother later (btw, i even got b-day wishes :) ). IT ACTUALLY IS intuitive! You can create „piggy banks” for your specific goals (and make schedules for the app the send money regularly or send on your own). They show your spendings and analyze the whole thing. Has nice colors, too.

Good app

UX is very nice. I like the option of uploading documents from pictures for bank processes.

For scanning of the e.g. Invoice for wire transfer it would be nice to be able to photo individual items from physical document with a camera - company name, address, bank account number. For scanned/pdf select them with a rectangle on the scanned document/pdf. And allow some of the data to be skipped and entered manually. Scanning of the whole document is failing for me all the time.

The planned payments shouldn’t be hidden in services - should be visible under account.
