Most frequently used functionalities of Moje ING internet banking enable you to:
• pay your bills, pay back your credit card, set standing orders, top up our mobile phone
• have full access to your account history and a superfast transfer search engine
• see a graphic showing how much and what you spend your money on
• set your saving goals and see how you achieve them
• open accounts, term deposits, apply for cash loans and all other products offered by the Bank
• change transactional limits for your cards
• download rebate codes enabling cheaper shopping

Additional functionalities available in the application only:
• instantaneous logging in with a PIN number or Touch ID
• preview of the account balance prior to logging in – you choose the way this information should be presented. As an amount or a percentage value.

Best mobile banking experience

I chose ING as a bank because their offering of self-service through web and mobile applications was superior to anything else I saw in terms of both UX and functionality. Great work of the application development team!

As for the improvement ideas - immediate access to BLIK codes would be great. I have shortcut to BLIK on the login screen - which is a fantastic idea. But once I log in, it gets buried so deep down under “services” menu that it’s easier to close the application and start it again just to get BLIK on the login screen and use it. Keeping it next to the accounts in the start screen after login would be really nice

Great! + some ideas

This app is great and super intuitive.
I had 4 accounts in different banks and this one is the only one that works in landscape mode on iPad. Seriously.
Some ideas for additional features:
- dark mode. It’s 2021 I have everything + my grandma in dark mode.
- goals displayed as list. I have like 25 separate goals working for me. It’ll be nice to be able to display them all as a list without the pictures and sort them by:alphabetically, completion date, etc

Low performance ios11

Very low performance on ios11.
Edit: After adding “Konto firmowe” to my account sometimes it takes extremely long time to login and to switch between accounts. Idk if it’s a problem of ios11 or app, because I added new account the same day I’ve updated to ios11.
PS: totally guys the app is awesome and I have the best experience with managing my accounts. Rating goes back to 5 stars :) l just wanted you to know that there are some issues. Excuse me for not writing in details about the issues for the first time :)
