Problem with system

Dear Paysend team today in the morning I send money to my grandma Uzbek Uzcard number and still she did not received money even in the system it showing as send and received! Please clarify it as soon as possible.

The worst payment app ever

If you are looking for the worst app ever - stop looking, you have it! The verification takes ages and they ask you for dozens of docs, scans , photos and then you have to ask 10 times when they finally check them. App on iPhone is NOT accepting photos of docs / selfies done by … IPhone, so they recommend to use another device LOL! The you have to confirm your email - I already did it 10 times and when I try to deposit money .. guess what? I have to confirm my email… now, after 1 week of hassles when my account was finally verified, I’m trying to deposit money with VISA card. Of course, it doesn’t work and no one knows why. all this app and rules are an epic example how NOT TO DO payment app and worst ever user experience!

Every app update is required

Everytime I launch Paysend it shows blocking screen with an update button — every update is mandatory to install. It is very annoying, and as a long time user I remember +1 year ago such policy was not in place.

Please make the app backward compatible to not distract users!

P.s. apologize for the low rating, overall I am happy how app functions, but had to focus your attention on updates problem
