App crash

On IOS 14 app crashes after pressing “Enter!”

I can’t refund the dlc’s.

Hello! I texted you on twitter. On the English account. Here’s my problem: Hello! I’ve got a question since I can’t find any helpful guides or a contact to you, to solve the problem. I bought, 3 different parts of the dlc. And I wanted to restore it, to get my money back. It’s loading for a couple of seconds and it stops then nothing happens. (I am a iOS user and the game is installed on my iPhone) If it isn’t refundable just say so. Or maybe it’s a bug. Thanks for your time. (I attached the screenshots on twitter)
