3. See where the driver is and how long before the driver arrives.
4. Scan QR on the vehicle, to make sure this is the right car.
5. Pay per trip or top up as you wish.

Unreliable service and no live customer assistance available
MuvMi is a great idea and it would be awesome to be able to use it on daily basis in the city however the app has endless glitches but it’s not only that. The service is unreliable, the waiting time is usually ridiculously long and you have big chance the car will cancel. There is no way of contacting client service. Entire client service is based on fb messanger which is a nonsense plus the bot operates it which makes it impossible to communicate. I lost 16 rides from prepurchase package cause I was not able to use it within 30days as the car were never nearby to give me a ride. Overall quite frustrating experience with great idea behind it.
