The My BASE-app is only accessible for BASE customers via any internet connection. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

At BASE, we are constantly improving the My BASE app. In this version you can now also buy additional internet volume, and you’ll have the possibility to contact BASE Support via WhatsApp. We also improved the overall user experience and fixed a few bugs.

Top-up feature errors
The top-up feature is faulty. When topping up, you either get the message that it was unsuccessful or that the operation was executed already - when in reality it was done and successful (the messages about that are very much delayed). Therefore thinking that it wasn’t done, it makes you think that you need to top up for the second time - spending twice as much…
