Description
This app provides you with services and useful tools to get the most out of your connected appliances.
For example, start your laundry cycle remotely, find information on care labels and advice on how to clean and keep your garments looking like new for longer in our Care Advisor.
You can register, connect, monitor, control and update your connected appliances, browse accessories and consumables in our web shop and get advice on how to keep your appliance clean and efficient.
The app also gives access to tailored information and services for your appliance, trouble-shooting and of course your appliance manual – you can also get in touch with us for support.
We regularly update the app based on feedback, including new functions, bug fixes and general improvements.

Missing the most important feature
The app is missing the most important feature: do not inform on my mobile when the drying has finished. No alarms, no pop-up message box, nothing. I paid more for the wi-fi module which is unusefull at the moment.
Waste of time
App is extremely bad. After 6 tries I gave up trying to link it with my phone. I chcecked - the washer is connected to the wifi from the router point of view. I even tried to turn off 5ghz completely but no luck either… I have perfectcare900. One of the reasons I picked this one was the wifi in it as my dryer is on another floor and I wanted to know when it finishes. I tried also to turn on push notifications when exploring setting but I got an error from the app… complete garbage.
Still many issues
New version is much better than the old one but still has some issues. I don’t get any notifications, app has all iOS permissions. Another issue is that I can not delete appliance from app which has interrupted update or adding process, so I have dead tiles in the app.
