Yesterday I bought 120 gems and I haven’t received them🤨
I’ve been waiting 17 hours and I still don’t have them.
Please send them to me because I wasted my real money and I didn’t got what I wanted so 😔
I’m giving you guys 4 stars because the game is fantastic and I’ve been playing it for 2 years now and I still love it but there are a lot of bugs (like mine). That’s why I’m giving this game 4 stars 🌟

It’s okay for what it is but I’m frustrated with some things
On your support website provided in links, there’s no option to inquire about this game. Support mail gives me bot responses only. The contact us option from within the game isn’t working either I’m also frustrated with my event progress being reseted right as the event is ending, which now makes it impossible for me to progress, despite working for the whole week, everything is for nothing now, or not receiving rewards at all and I can’t even contact support

I really really love the game but...
I should have won a character in the yesterdays cristal mine event and I didn't got it. I've stopped at the place of 143 I think and I haven't recevied anything from the event. Which is pretty sad because I used a lot of gems in it (I don't blame you guys for my choices, just saying)
Also, the game crushes and turns itself off after a while. This is actually a problem that I've seen all the time with this game even many years ago so it's not a matter of phone or internet. Please fix this, guys ;-;
