Not received my gems !

Yesterday I bought 120 gems and I haven’t received them🤨
I’ve been waiting 17 hours and I still don’t have them.
Please send them to me because I wasted my real money and I didn’t got what I wanted so 😔
I’m giving you guys 4 stars because the game is fantastic and I’ve been playing it for 2 years now and I still love it but there are a lot of bugs (like mine). That’s why I’m giving this game 4 stars 🌟

I really really love the game but...

I should have won a character in the yesterdays cristal mine event and I didn't got it. I've stopped at the place of 143 I think and I haven't recevied anything from the event. Which is pretty sad because I used a lot of gems in it (I don't blame you guys for my choices, just saying)

Also, the game crushes and turns itself off after a while. This is actually a problem that I've seen all the time with this game even many years ago so it's not a matter of phone or internet. Please fix this, guys ;-;

Cool but ads

I love this game, it’s such a nostalgia for me. I’ve been playing for like 4/5 days non stop but since 2 days I’ve been having a problem with ads. I cannot use them to get free items and I do really need those so please help me, I don’t know what to do
