banner_title_oups

So, after installation and initial launch the message appears “banner_title_oups”. Button “retry” does’t work. Thats it.

Good start

Edit: scheduled charge is missing an option of specifying end time (I need to count how many hours it needs to be so the charge stops at a certain hour). A confirmation that the schedule has been actually activated by the car would be useful.
Bug: the scheduled charge started one hour later than programmed (car received starting time of 21:30 while in the app it’s set at 22:30).

App does the basics well: i can glance at the level of charge and range, turn the heat pump on to warm the car.
Biggest request would be to be able to use it on two devices: right now it’s either me or my significant other. If I add the car to one app on one phone, the other app on the other phone stops pulling status data.
Still don’t understand if scheduled preconditioning is possible only with car plugged and charging or not.
Eco driving would be more useful if it relied on other drivers data as a baseline of how well I use energy stored (with data normalized with temperature)
I wish I could see the battery temperature just because I’m curious (doesn’t have to surfaced in the UI).
Momentary charge rate would be great and available charging power to see if the public charging station is working OK. You never know if it’s the BMS limiting the rate or the charger itself not providing full power.

Hello many thanks for your feedback

1) If you want to use the app on different phones, you have to make sure that you are using the same accout. For data refreshing issues, you can try to kill the app.
2) For such information you should refer to your car user guide, because these are specifities that are independant from our app
3) Right now you can't see the battery temperature, however, in the future, the eco-driving part of our app may evolve.
4) The possibility to display additional information regarding the charging power of the station is in development on our side.

Ok app but missing some features

The app is working fine most of the time. However, it would be great to change the charge limit of the car remotely instead of physically going to the car and changing in from 80 to 100% before a longer trip or adding camp mode/dog mode.
Also, it would be great to see more charging details, e.g. speed in kW.
There’s room for improvement compared to the computation on the market, specifically the Tesla app ;)
