Description
With the myRENZbox you can receive and send parcels and goods comfortably and contactless at home. Integrate deliveries from grocery stores and the regional dry cleaner for the collection and delivery of your laundry. Or hand over goods to your neighbour or friends - there are almost no limits to your imagination.
Of course, the myRENZbox can also be used in a commercial environment for receiving and/or handing over goods of any kind.
With the myRENZbox app, you can operate your letter and parcel box, manage it online while on the move and receive notifications on request. Functions/information included in the app are
- Contactless opening of your letter and parcel box for the removal of your mail, parcels and goods.
- Adjustable notification in real time on receipt and collection of parcels and goods
- Box information on your deliveries and collections
- History of events such as receipt and return of goods
- Easy and fast management of your personal delivery and pick-up PINs with share function
- Granting and revoking access authorisations for regional service providers with share function
- User account management
- Detailed information for the use of myRENZbox

What’s New
Version 3.5.10
In this version, we’ve added support for the latest BLE hardware, providing faster and more reliable connections. We’re also introducing a new dark mode that’s easier on the eyes in low-light environments. Translations have been improved to create a smoother global user experience. Several bugs have been fixed to enhance the app’s stability and performance. New users can easily get started through personalized onboarding via QR code. Finally, the interface has been refreshed with minor visual improvements for a more polished overall feel.
