Problem with no notifications

Ive been playing this game for 4 years and I truly love it. Since I’ve changed my device from Samsung to Apple, I’m experiencing slight problem which is not getting notifications from the game. I’ve checked all settings. Even though my notifications are on, I’m still not receiving them. This has been a big struggle to me while playing, since I’m missing chats. I hope that it can be solved.

Edit: i just checked the game for the last time and it looks like Cheritz took away ALL paid content from me - everything i ever bought is gone: DLC, phone card, after endings. That's literally scamming people so I'm taking away all stars I previously gave.

Game is dead since like... i think two good year? After Christmas DLC there's no extra content worthy of your time.
I was really into this game but now i see many flaws and I don't think playing it in 2019 is even worthy your phone space because heck this game is HEAVY for really no reason and downloading it at once will take good couple of hours.

I agree with other person that said game is morally disgusting - literally every story is about guy leaving everything for you and becoming "perfect" slave without personality and hobby, one character got to insane he was ready to let his cat die. Idk about you but my fantasy is not guy obsessed with me. Also game romanticizes abuse and mental illnesses. Many characters in game that are shown as good
are actually horrible people.
I still have sentiment for this game and i still like pre-romance versions of a characters but... it's not as good as I thought.

Not to mention creators seems to not care about game anymore, even bugs like not showing DLCs are not fixes since three months so don't except this to change.
I'm personally uninstalling this game.

The best mobile game I’ve ever played!!

I honestly fell in love with this game, characters, memes, fandom, soundtracks, everything!! Playing it feels like you’re an anime character and the fact that you have the ability to affect the story is one of the most interesting experiences you may witness!! The plot, characters, soundtracks are made just perfect. Cannot describe its flawlessness with just words. You have to try it to judge by yourself and, girl, I’m pretty sure that you’ll love it!!!
