Later is a lie
Imagine that next day, early in the morning you need to get to the station. You're not sure about the availability of cabs, so you don't want to order it last minute and instead you order it for Later option... Do Not Trust It!!! I was stud up by it twice, last time in London, Sunday around 8am they cancelled my ride last minute saying that they were unable to find any drivers?!?! So I wonder: Why the hell do you let people "order" the cab 12h in advance and give them false sense of security, if you're totaly unable to deliver? My luck was that fortunatelly it wasn't that hard to grab the cab straight from the street. So +1 for London cabs, -100 for freenow...
Getting worse every day
Two years ago this was the best app, but in last year the service is getting worse every day. I used to ride at least 6 times a week with No problem ever, but lastly my orders are cancelled after few minutes, at the time the driver should be at my place. The next who catches my order is usually at least 15 min. of waiting, but last time after one driver cancelled and second got my order, after 10 minutes the app still showed 15 min and when I cancelled, already waiting for over 20 minutes after the first driver cancelled on me, they made me pay cancellation fee. Also one time the car was just a private car with no taxi licence, signs on the car and in the car and no price list - all of above is not legal if you’re driving a taxi!

No credit card payment
Used to work great, but for the last 1.5-2 months I’ve had to pay by cash because the app refuses to accept either of my credit cards (“Error. Unfortunately, your selected payment method is currently unavailable.)
I’ve tried logging out and back in, reinstalling the app, and emailing customer support (a week ago they said they would contact me back, I’m still waiting to heard from them).
Aside from that, the app is alright. But please fix the payment issue.
