Ratings and Reviews
Great sound of mu-so, poor performance of the app.
While mu-so itself offers great quality of device and sound, the application constantly loses connection with the device causing the need to restart the music over and over. Fixing that is much appreciated.
Decent control app
I am using the app for more than 3 years, first with Atom, then with NDX2. Allows for search of local library, Tidal, Qobuz very easily. No issues with stability. Pretty surprised so many people report problems. Useful control over the streaming device in terms of programmi g favourites, software updates etc. Not the most pretty app, but doing the job more than enough.
Privacy policy
After the most recent update it is annoying to click on reject every time I open the app even thought there is a statement a decision can be changed in the settings menu. Also, Naim, how often do you think I connect a new device? Why I have to click again on the screen to use a connected device instead of just getting there like it was to date? When I am interested in bringing a new device I can select respective menu option - it is simple. Again, it was working well before the last update.
