Colorful logs, more tooltips and terminal improvements!

- The log view now parses ANSI colors and font styles.
- Node conditions and container states now show tooltips with detailed information.
- Resource detail views you keep open over a long period of time now properly survive auth token refreshes of cloud provider integrations.
- We've fixed a bug on the terminal view causing the TTY's size to sometimes be set wrong. The terminal view should now always properly scale to all available rows and columns.
- We've improved the implementation of the terminal's keepalive, now only sending a keepalive if no data was sent or received for 10s and never interfering with user input.
- We've fixed a memory leak on the terminal implementation causing connections to sometimes not be properly teared down after closing a terminal.
