Awesome streaming service lacking integration with Apple ecosystem

The streaming service deserves 5 ⭐️ Rich movie and series library allows everyone to find something for themselves. A big applause 👏for the Netflix Originals like Snowpiercer, Elite, Hollywood, and many more.

The things that need improvement the UI and the integration with tv OS and Apple TV app. The search withing the app is a bit clunky and makes it difficult to browse movies when you’re looking for a particular movie without remembering the exact title. Regarding the tv OS and apple app integration, it would be so powerful being able to browse Netflix library with simple search function on Apple Tv or see netflix shows that I am watching in the “Continue Watching” section on Apple Tv app along my series from apple tv+ and hbo max.

Expensive, not many good shows, one device per profile

I have deleted an app and cancelled my subscription. Netflix is the worst streaming platform there is. First of all, it got more expensive. Subscription of Netflix per month costs more than my current HBO and Dieney+ combined. Second, you have maybe 10 good shows on Netflix. If you compare it with other platforms Netflix looks so poor. Lastly, their new update regarding logged users is ridiculous. I have streaming platform apps on all my devices (phone, iPad, laptop, tv). I want to be able to use MY account and have data saved for this particular account on all of my devices. Unfortunately with this new policy there’s only one logged device per account. No other streaming platform has a policy like that. With Disney+ and HBO max I’m logged with my account on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook, tv in the family house (so I can watch things when I’m there) and tv in my own apartment and I have never had a problem with anything. Cherry on the top is that there’s so little language options. With other platform I can set movie / tv show language and subtitles in every language possible. In case of Netflix it’s a miracle to see a show/movie in more than 4 languages.

Poor and (or) lack of polish support on problems

Well I loved it, but than I have to setup account again for some reasons. System was unable to process any payment on any card (different cards and banks). When I have reached polish support - that there is some issue, maybe because of location, support worker informed me that this is bank account problem. I never had such stupid conversation in my life, I was pushy with “hey guys I really want to spend my money”, and worker was like “this is your card problem”. I tried my best, from explaining that this is not really posssible than in one time uk bank, amercian bank and polish bank got issues, to explaining that on even on fintech app there is no history with autorozation. Well I was forced to leave. I know that support training programs are best what Netflix can do - but right now I really feel frustrated while polish support team forced their version and make me go away. So love Netflix, and like always I really hate polish quality of support.
