Issues with the Return flow
Hello! In general the app is great. Especially in terms of UX. The only thing that frustrates me is that the Return flow doesn’t work at the moment. Upon clicking the button, nothing appears but the white screen.
So I was forced to utilize the web version. Would be nice if you check and fix this.
Keeps rejecting valid payments
Terrible app. Completely not adjusted to foreign countries. Last name with hyphen and polish letters is not accepted however at the same time it is validated against the name on it he card. Some nonsense validations are added for checking name of person who picks up the order vs name on the invoicing address and other validations that even Nike’s customer service has no idea about when totaling to them over the phone. When data entered doesn’t meet the validations the first and last name is locked for 48 h and the transaction cannot be attempted again. I never had issues with my Apple Pay payments on any other app but this. Please work on your payments system because you are simply loosing orders from your clients.
Customer service has to be improved
I ordered 3 items, and at first I didn’t receive any updates in the app about the shipping (which would be really nice) and then it was saying that I requested a delay of an order (while I didn’t). Then when the order finally arrived and I opened the parcel there were only 2 items out of 3. Had to open a website to chat with an a customer service agent (why wouldn’t be this feature available from the app?!). And the agents from Poland were nice and I could at least get some information on my order. Although the third item wasn’t even shipped. Terrible.
