Fast and effective help from customer service

Worked and stopped - support unavailable

Worked for great majority of the plan (11,80 / 12gb) then stopped, addon didn’t activate and I’m out of internet and cannot refund the addon which cannot start.

Unable to contact support - messages do not arrive in app. It just says “Message failed to send” and that’s it. No support at all.
