It’s great way of learning English for children. The lessons are fun and entertaining. Teachers are very professional, engaging and super understanding. I love the convince of booking classes in available slots and I can choose teachers freely anytime. Additionally learning from home when you do not have to rush anywhere is perfect solution. I love Novakid and recommend everyone who is looking for English school for their children.

Learning experience with this app must be a bit stressful for kid.
With max volume set, all sounds and music played during lesson are far to quiet, I can barely hear it. There’s a huge gap between teacher’s voice volume and played sound, the former being too loud.
For some reason it takes ages for videos to load, while in the browser they load instantly.
Connecting to class with a teacher is so buggy you need to try several times and refresh button does not work. Actually refresh button makes the class stop working and you need to reconnect.
Drawing is buggy. When pushed too hard it causes the image to pop up with some irrelevant context menu and kid has no idea what to do. When pushed for too long while drawing similar crazy things happen.
