You can use the OBI Engage app to manage your webcare easily, real-time and in sync with the web version of OBI4wan. The app has been completely rebuilt and has the look & feel of the desktop webcare module.
The most important benefits of the app:
- Easily monitor your webcare channels anywhere, anytime
- Respond to Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp messages
- See in real time which message your colleagues are working on in the web version and app
- Easily schedule Instagram messages via the web version of the publishing module and receive immediate notification in the app if the message needs to be forwarded to Instagram.
This version includes an update for forwarding messages to Instragram (this no longer worked in iOS 13).
Note: When forwarding to Instagram you can no longer choose the account in iOs 13, this must be done in advance. So first go to the Instagram app and choose the correct account , before you forward the publication via the app. Also, after the publication is forwarded you must now manually click on "Mark as published" to ensure that the publication is put on the correct status (published).
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
