Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger
Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Oticon Companion, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer*
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingFitness™ feature*
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone
* This feature is available with Oticon Real™ and Oticon Intent™

Good app but have a wish
Dear Oticon Company, the app satisfies me but i have a big wish. Would it be possible for me to choose which mode is the main one? I have to switch from general to comfort mode each time I put my reel2s on. I also hear the 3 peeps tone each time I switch profiles, which is quite annoying to be honest - for a young person. I wish there were more settings in the app. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to rate our app and leave your suggestions. We will definitely consider the possibility of implementing your idea. In the meantime you can ask your Audiologist to set the comfort mode as P1 program. It would then become your default one. As for sound beeps and other settings in the app, we've already been working on it. We will add more features and improvements to the app in the future.
Recent update
Recent update made the app worse unfortunately. Now it has problems with connecting to my More 2 hearing aids. Volume control in the shows up much later then before.
Luckily we have some progress too: there’s new app on Apple Watch, but still no complication. Apple Watch app seem to work randomly, because of mentioned problems with main app on iPhone.

Aparaty oticon
Aplikacja zarządzania aparatami słuchowymi po aktualizacji już nie jest tak dobra jak poprzednia wersja. W nowej wersji słabo działa praca w tle z iphone i bardzo długo trwa parowanie. Przeważnie każde wejście do aplikacji działającej w tle wymusza nowe parowania albo ponowne jej uruchomienie.

Dziękujemy za przesłanie szczegółowej oceny aplikacji. Zdajemy sobie sprawę, że aplikacja nie działa jeszcze doskonale na niektórych telefonach. Pracujemy nad tym, aby czas uruchamiania i parowania aparatów był szybszy. Praca aplikacji w tle to temat wymagający szerokiej analizy, ponieważ w dużym stopniu zależy od uwarunkowań jakie daje nam system operacyjny.
