Restore is not working

Post OALD 10 introduction restore of the older version is not possible for users who bought license for it. Restore button is not active.

Purchase restore not workig !!!

I paid for previous version of OALD and now I can’t restore my purchase. For sure I will not pay again, huge disapointment.
