The best for scamer. Paxful support not helping.
Overall, I used the application for two years. I think the best one is only for cheaters. I was very hesitant about buying and selling because the sellers' instructions are not clear, especially when it comes to bank transfers (this is a loophole that Paxful should pay attention to). Recently I was scammed with an innocent link that was supposed to be confirmation. There are few guides, no subtitles and not very precise. Paxful washed its hands of losing my account, and I wanted to know what the seller was talking about. They refer Paxful to a bot that knows as much as they do. After deleting the account, it was impossible to contact support. The chat-bot functions as if this technology was in its infancy. Both entities are unprofessional and unable to deal with the problem, so why this commission?
I wanted to find out what happened to my data provided in the app and nothing, I had to think on my own how to defend myself as quickly as possible. Fortunately, he didn't get anything there, because before that, I transferred the coins to another exchange.
The guides are not very in-depth and understandable to a person with basic English.
I do not recommend and I was disappointed with this app. Compensation is due for unclear forms provided in the application and lack of intervention against theft, which causes fraudsters to do whatever they want with such support.
