PERFECTA CONTROL - Control your alarm system remotely from anywhere in the world.
The PERFECTA CONTROL application enables remote monitoring and control of the alarm system based on the PERFECTA series control panels.
The PERFECTA CONTROL makes it possible to arm/disarm the alarm system, control selected devices, check and clear troubles, if any, as well as view events in the system.
The PUSH service with individual configuration capability enables real-time notification of the system state.

Not working with iOS 17.1
The app is not working with iOS 17 - it’s impossible to connect with the device (the device is loaded so it’s not the issue on the device’s side). This continues despite the removal and new installation of the app, as well as removal and new installation of the device from the app.

"Please be informed that on April 22nd, 2023, at 1:00 AM CET, a failure occurred resulting in unstable operation of the SATEL connection setup service, caused by external factors. Repair works were undertaken immediately, as well as the measures to minimize the risk of similar situations in the future.

If you have problems to connect using iPhone just uninstal and install again the app Perfecta

Problem with connection on iOS 14.3
After software update to iOS 14.3 (iPhone 7) this app cannot connect with Perfecta device. Problem occurs again after reinstalling of the app.
