Hi dorotata, sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes the app can't confirm the purchase due to several reasons. To resolve this, please follow the following steps before restoring purchase. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that you used for purchasing this app and the internet connection is good. Also check the Date and Time zone of the device. Then find the " Restore Purchase " icon on shop screen or app's menu and apply. Please wait for few moments after pressing the restore button. A text will appear confirming the restoration and unlocking all the features.
