You can now withdraw your account deletion request yourself in the app settings, and we will send you a confirmation by email. We also improved how links open, so tapping one while the app is still starting takes you exactly where you wanted to go.

On the About screen every link has its own icon, so it is easier to find what you are looking for.

We fixed a bug where adding gear to your cart showed no confirmation and left the cart looking empty until you restarted the app. The home screen no longer jumps down right after launch, and tapping the Start tab takes you back to the very top. Your orders now show prices with the discount code applied, and your profile shows how many reviews are waiting to be written. We also improved image quality in the home carousel and tidied up the promotion badges on rental periods.

Links from plenti.app now open straight in the app and take you right to the product or collection you tapped, and when a link has expired you get a clear message instead of a blank screen. We fixed a bug that stopped gear added to your basket before signing in from carrying over to your account. We also refreshed the app's foundations by moving to the latest versions of the libraries it is built on.

If you are thinking about returning your gear, you will now see an offer to keep it at a lower monthly rate, with a clear schedule of what you pay and when, plus a summary of how much you save. You can accept it in a single tap, and if you would rather send the gear back, the return continues just like before. We also fixed links to gear that is no longer in our catalogue - instead of a screen that kept loading forever, you now get a clear message and a way back.

Your data is now even better protected. In your profile settings you can lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint - every time you open it and after a longer break. A separate toggle lets you additionally protect sensitive actions such as payments, orders and profile details. If the biometrics on your phone ever change, you can regain access with your device passcode.

The order summary now lists every add-on and service you picked for your gear, and order details show the discount you got along with the code behind it. The quantity counter no longer drops quick taps and clearly states how many sets it applies to. Parcel locker pins on the map are finally the right size. Pickup and return details - warehouse address, opening hours, reservation window and directions - are always up to date.

We made the app faster - both startup and the home screen now load noticeably quicker. We also refreshed promotional messages, which now slide up comfortably from the bottom of the screen and always include a close button. Along the way we fixed a bug that could hide your cart contents before signing in, and a glitch that made a dismissed message reappear during night hours.

We refreshed the profile, so addresses, pickup points, payment methods and reviews are now cleaner and more consistent. Favourites got a search box, availability and promotion filters, and price sorting. We also rebuilt the help section with searchable questions and answers, along with the category screens. And we fixed a bug that stopped apartment numbers from being saved when adding an address.

Add-on products now show their description - just tap the question mark on the thumbnail to see exactly what a service or accessory covers. We also improved the images themselves: they are no longer cropped in order details, the cart or add-on lists, and they load faster while using noticeably less data. Returning to the app after paying a bill or completing a return in the browser now works as it should. Favourites and the support chat have been improved as well.

We redesigned the rentals list and order details to make payment dates, rental progress, and statuses easier to understand. We also improved cart reliability and made adding multiple units of a product more consistent. This release brings better support for screen readers and larger text sizes.

This update improves app startup time and overall performance. We expanded VoiceOver accessibility and refined how products, specifications, and recommendations are displayed. We also fixed several interface issues and introduced smaller improvements for a more stable experience.

We refreshed your notifications. You can now switch between all of them and separate tabs for your orders and for news from Plenti. The list loads smoothly as you scroll, and removing a notification takes a single tap, with the confirmation appearing right where you tapped. We also added a button to mark everything as read whenever you choose to.

Product pages now show Plenti Plus, so you can see at a glance whether a model is part of a subscription plan and how much it costs per month. After you add something to your cart, we suggest accessories and gear that pair well with it. We also simplified both of these screens to make them quicker to read.

Discount campaigns now appear right on the product page, with one-tap code copying and a reminder in your cart. Tap the price to see the full breakdown - monthly rental, one-time fees, and a zero deposit. Add-on products can be sorted by availability, price, or name. Plus stability improvements.
