App is Ok, new design is ok, but the streaming quality is worse. I mean connection problems. App very badly handling network connection losses for a short period of time or switching from wifi to 5G/4G. Current playback time is lost - episode starts playing from beginning or even app crashes.

While app is free do download, it is unusable until you actually pay for it. So they even charging you for streaming content from your own server! When you try to bypass it and use web app hosted on your server, by coincidence, content is stuttering across all browsers and there is no solution to that. Go find and contribute to other solutions for media streaming and pass this false free pseudo-solution. If they will to be honest to its users, they do this app simply paid without this shady practices (finally, they make you download the app and share your data, then you realise app is not actually free. User is actually tricked, his data is unwillingly accessed by this manner, these practices should be penalised)

What the hell is this? You broke Plex, the new interface is horrible, you have no clue about UI! I have to click 4 times to change the video viewing format????? It used to be a tap on the screen. Your UI/UX designer is a fraud. The entire interface is a nightmare, the old version was 10x better. Nothing works, the app crashes all the time. My ratings are gone, my libraries are gone! My photos are gone !!!!!!!! Now you have to download 3 apps to get movies, photos and music? Who”s the genius who thought of that? How do I get back the old version? I do not want this sh8 version!!! !!!!!!!! DO NOT UPDATE !!!!!!!! This Plex update is an absolute deal breaker — I am going to install JELLYFIN, you leave me no choice. I have installed Jellyfin and it”s much better than this version of Plex. Everything is in one place, no account needed, I can change screen modes by swiping with 2 fingers and the interface is clean and ergonomic. Plex was great until this update, and since we can”t downgrade, goooooodbye Plex — Hello Jellyfin!

Photo upload does not work - if you plan it as a backup solution for photos, don’t bother.

Photo upload from camera roll doesn’t work. It has uploaded some pictures and has stop to upload any more. This is a bug for over a year now, and support is keeping on asking for logs. If I pay for the app 5 bucks a month, I don’t want to send any logs - I just want the app to work properly. If this was a pure open source app with development community I would mind to help with the debug; but once you get money for sth it’s vendor responsibility to hire testers. Moreover if it sort of randomly chooses folder to upload to, if more than one folder is configured on the server.

NEW: - Re-add the EPG browse screen - Review action in context menus. FIXES: - After reordering a list, the items would flash the incorrect ordering. - Folder filters were not working in Library browse screens. - The active item could become invisible and consume no space while dragging to reorder a list. - The artwork on the details page would sometimes be dim. - The rate action in context menus did not work. - Update default background colors for improved contrast.
