Sicherheit:

Das Geld wird nicht direkt auf dem Smartphone gespeichert. Im Falle von Diebstahl Ihres Smartphones kann TWINT sofort über die Hotline (0800 99 88 77) gesperrt werden.

Wir haben zwei Highlights für dich mit den neuem Update:

- Du kannst jetzt einstellen, ob die App direkt im Kameramodus gestartet werden soll. So bezahlst du noch schneller!
- Die PIN-Eingabemaske hat ein neues, frisches Design erhalten

Zudem haben wir weitere kleine Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Bedienbarkeit umgesetzt und Bugs entfernt.

Watch unlock

Now as the watch unlocks an iPhone with iOS 14.5 it would be nice to also unlock TWINT with the watch otherwise I still need to take off my mask to pay.

Thank you very much for your great rating!

We would love to implement this feature. However, currently we are unable to do so, since Apple did not make the watch unlock feature available to third party developers.

Can’t register, asks me call support but it’s phone only

Hello, I can’t register. After submitting my phone no and giving the verification code I put down my personal info, but the app shows an error message:

An error has occurred (error code 15). Please call the TWINT for a solution.

The support is phone only, business hours only, and a premium number.

I’m on holiday and just want to pay for a parking and it’s evening already. It’s a terrible UX and a terrible idea. IMHO it would be better to just put a contactless card reader in the parking machine (but to be fair this is not in the app developers).

Please fix the registration issue, I’m happy to give you additional details but not on a premium-rate number.
