Hi, I have problem with this app, as when you click sth incidentally you can not return to previous setting. And even a chat consultant can do nothing with that. I’ve received an email with a link to take a test of language skill level. I’ve clicked “I am a beginner” by incident, and I can not go back to the test. So, now all tutors are going to think that I am a beginner which is incorrect. Seriously, you can not sent me another link to take the test? Only boots are in there? You don’t feel like one in w kind customer but as someone who has to pay attention of every click she/he takes and when problem occur - no one will help you really. So 0-1 situation, take it or leave it. Sad.

I had a lesson today that was a complete disaster due to horrendous connectivity issues. Instead of the intended 50 minutes, the lesson lasted only 15 minutes, as my teacher struggled to reconnect and couldn't hear me properly. This wasn't an issue on my end, as my other lessons run smoothly with a different teacher. I contacted support to request a redo of the lesson due to the unacceptable quality, but their response was unhelpful. They asked me to sort it out with the teacher directly, which is frustrating given the technical problems I experienced. I'm extremely disappointed with this service. The platform's support was dismissive, and the overall experience was subpar. This situation highlights the need for better service quality and support responsiveness. My confidence in this platform has been shaken, and I caution others to consider these drawbacks before using it for their education.

Please return the payment for a one-time lesson, it is very inconvenient to think ahead with the situation in Ukraine, I can not pay for classes a month in advance. And when I turn to pay for one lesson, a window pops up with a subscription for a month.

The lessons are very convenient, but I would like to improve the interactive work, and the messenger, thanks.
