Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off or unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period. The cost of renewal depends on the Subscription Plan you choose.

Great but one important thing is missing

The app is great but it lacks a very important thing. It lacks the ability to arrange and change the place or order of individual habits. When after a week I want to add a new habit that I intend to do first, it is at the bottom because it was added last and because of that I have to delete all of them to be chronological. The app is great but this one thing takes away the joy of using it. If you add this function that is in other apps I will give 5 stars.

Subscription

The app is designed very well and looks really good, but that would be all if we’re talking about good sides of it.

Unfortunately, the notifications wouldn’t work and occur on my phone, as i checked everything the issue wouldn’t disappear.

But that wasn’t big problem, the REAL problem was being fooled by developer. I knew I was purchasing an app with a 7days free trial, and then (as was clearly written before I downloaded the app) I would have pay around 2$ monthly. I thought “well okay, 2$ is alright) but then suddenly around 25$ was taken from my bank account. I was charged for a ONE YEAR subscription and i wasn’t even informed about it. It might have been written somewhere, but it surely is just fooling people so they pay huge amount of money for the app.

I had to contact the Apple Help Service, because I was really shocked and scared because of having NO MONEY left on my bank account. I’m glad they helped me, and downloading your app was a big lesson for me - I will check everything ten times before I purchase any other application (Productive - habit tracker was first non-free app on my phone).

If someone have a lot of money then I even might reccomend this app - but to me, it is way to pricey and not fair for the customers to make them pay for one year without clearly telling them that.

We are very sorry for the situation. The application does not initiate a payment unless you subscribe for Premium. If you had a free trial and haven’t canceled it, the account should have been charged only after the end of the trial period and then automatically according to the duration of your subscription plan. There is no way the app could change the subscription plan automatically. You can always check and cancel your subscription plan through your device Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. Otherwise please contact Apple support directly.

for 2 months they are trying to rob me

I have cancelled the subscription about 2 months ago on apple store but it seems they didn’t notice anything, after one month i tried writing an email to their support team but i got an email back saying that it’s not been active for some time now, later then i deleted my account hoping that it’ll stop the issue but it haven’t. I don’t have the money, I will not give you my money, especially that it’s not like, i don’t know, 10$. I use a different currency and they wanted me to pay 400zł but today it changed to 700zł. I am scared that the money i worked for is going to be stolen from this company and i constantly check my bank account to see if it stops. If you don’t want to have the same issues I not even downloading this app. I had to block my credit card and get a new one.
