It is very simple not sophisticated app to use having basic functions. I’m pretty happy so far … was able to open the savings In a good % rate and limit - that what I was looking for . Bit hard with the ID while creating the account- had to try few times - but that seems to be the issue in other banks as well.

The app refuses to open even most basic current account and it refuses to provide any reasons. The agent in the web chat also refused to provide any reasons just saying they are not obliged to and it’s bank’s know how and intellectual property. LOLI have never had any debts, any proceedings of any kind, nothing. This is the first such refusal from any company, and I can’t even find out why.

The worst bank app I have ever had. I couldn’t create an account in mobile app. Support was offensive and said to me to buy better mobile phone (I have IPhone 12 Pro). I haven’t had any problems in creating account in many other banks apps, only here.

On my iPhone the app after start is loading, loading, and generally that’s it. It looks like a fake. I can’t get access to my bank account. For a bank that calls itself „digital” that is a shame.
