The service was good 2 years ago

I think that now they take all of non paid service clothes and do not pay for it. I have sent they 2 very good looking pieces and get the info that they are going to recycle it. Very smart. Two years ago they did very good job, today i do not recommend this service. Better to sell on Vinted or Olx.

Problems with my order

Today I received a package with rejected items after few months. The clothes that I send, I received dirty, defective and without an item worth about 100 €.
Polish customer service only writes back to me like this:
„We handle products from customers carefully.”
„We do not practice such procedures.”
I haven't received the right answer to my questions.
I hope this is just a misunderstanding, and someone from customer service will write to me soon to explain what happened with my items.

Russian...??

Why this is in Russian?? I can’t change it as I can’t read this alphabet! I’ve already lost 20 min and really wanted to buy something but how it is possible to change the language?? I don’t speak Russian so how come it’s possible getting this language by default?
