Ratings and Reviews
As long as everything works as planned, it is a good provider
I used this company multiple times. No issues. Until now. When you have a travel disruption, change plans they leave you with provider by yourself. “Maybe you could try to request”, “if you ask provider they could, maybe issue you a amended invoice”, etc. and no refund for insurance if you finish the rental earlier...
It is not my expectation of reliable service, what am I paying for if I have to spend time with all providers myself anyway ?
Case is still in progress, so let’s see what happens, but so far information I received from help desk chat was either wrong or very general. They don’t reply to email, and Polish contact phone number does not work. It does not seem like a reliable provider.

Nice app, outrageous service!
They have rented me car in Istanbul from company who’s office didn’t exist on airport anymore. When I arrived at 1:30 a.m. we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with no help whatsoever! Also the complaint process is almost nonexistent and takes forever. Even if the evidence were obvious and well documented they still claim it was my fault! SCAMMERS! 🤬
