Horrible

Horrible experience. It is two weeks since i started the process of opening the bank account. Still does not work. Is this still running? Or is it a scam?

UWAGA!!!!!!!!!!

CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!! CHEATERS!!!!!!!!!! After another transfer to my account, they blocked it without any information. They deprived me of the ability to use my account (business account) When I demanded explanations and unblocking the account, each time they demanded to send some documents and someone with whom I was chatting claimed that they did not know anything because another team was dealing with it. There is no way to talk to anyone in any way, just chat. It wasn't until a day later that I realized it was an automatic answer. To this day I have no information what is going on, and when I insisted and demanded to unblock my account, they closed my business and private account. Till today I have not got my money back.

Horrible experience

They will ask tons of papers and even when you send all the docs, they will ask again, over and over again. It is impossible to operate when you have to go through „verification” each time you try to make Any operation. Making a transfer is a pain too, „unable to proceed, try again later”, no info given when. You just have to try over and over again. Customer service is fatal, you will get a response after weeks, that they tried to contact you, but failed. That is not very helpfull, right? Try again and wait another few weeks. My worst experience with financial services.
