* Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch
The Galaxy Watch application connects Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 features and applications installed through Galaxy App Store. Use the Galaxy Watch application to set up and manage the following
Features:
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings
- Find my Watch
Install the Galaxy Watch application on your mobile device, then pair your Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.
* Compatibility
- Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Watch application are only available when Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 and your mobile device.
* This application is only for Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3.
* Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

It could be better.
The application worka without major complaints. It would be good if the smartwatch could send SMS messages. This function works if the smartwatch is connected with samsung Phone. You can albo improve the find my phone option because if the Galaxy watch app is’t active in the background, the phone doesn’t play the sound that is most important function. My phone is IP7.

Problem with respondng to messages
I successfully connected my smartwatch active 2 with iphone7. All works really good, however i have some problem with responding to whatsapp and messenger messages. When this problem will be solved?
Moreover I cant find those 2 apps on galaxy store to install them directly on watch, i think both should work separately, while im connected to internet... not just sending notifications while connectet via Bluetooth with my phone. Is this goin to work like that soon?

It doesnt work. EDIT: it works, it’s just not great
It doesnt work. It cant connect to the watch.
EDIT: After reseting both the watch and the phone a few times it worked (ofc it doesnt change the fact that it shouldnt be like that). The app is not good though - everything loads for a long time even with fine connection, the search tool doesnt really work (when Im searching for „black” watchfaces it shows me like 10 of them. I think there are more than 10 black watchfaces), sometimes you have to click 2-3 times, there is no backswipe. Thats just not a good app.
