best in class

... but not perfect. user's experience is top notch, the company seems to care about its users, rather than obtrusively exploi. it's an amazing tool, completely free of charge, with plenty and well thought export options.

the scans are good, best i could find aside few "pro" tools, yet not perfect. double sided surfaces are nightmare if thinner than an inch. light matters - too dark or too reflective and you get glitched depth which produces holes - erasing entire swatches of the scan. shooting from different angles doesn't seem to fix the gaps, it tends to make the scans even messier.
there's an option to export point cloud though, hopefully a salvation. haven't seen the clouds' quality yet.
lastly - too good to be true, right? if so, then the product should be us, or rather the scans we make. but I even feel obliged to provide - the data is likely used to improve the tools and I'm all in on that.

Super accurate and easy to use

I’m amazed how easy this app is and how quickly it allowed me to create highly detailed and accurate scans!

Inaccurate on outside big spaces

I bought iPhone 13 pro only to scan outside spaces. It does it good but when I do big circle on scanned space and I come back to the starting point, it’s off by few meters. It’s really annoying as I spent 2hours on scanning road section between two roundabouts and when I finally came to starting point, everything was moved by 2-3 meters. Please fix that! I really count on you as this is the only app that doesn’t crash when I scan bigger outside area! For now 2 stars only.
