I like the offer, and speed

It’s a scam

They are offering only seat i biz without any other benefits. I was upgraded to biz on intra-european flight, but the airline didn’t have a meal for me. Per T&C the biz class meal is not guaranteed, but there is no info that it may mean no meal at all! Do not use this app!

Hi, our Customer Service team could not locate any attempt of contact, regarding this upgrade won, so please reach out to us directly, we are always here to help! Depending on the airline and route, when a Business / Executive class meal is not available, a meal of the originally booked class will always be served. When this condition applies to a certain auction, as you mentioned, our app will clearly display that information. Please note that all auctions Terms and Conditions, which are defined with our airline partners, are explained in detail before you can join an auction, as we strive for maximum transparency. Our auctions for last minute upgrades may not contemplate extra services, and this is also conveniently displayed in our app, but we thank you for your feedback.
