It supports Siegwerk customers to identify and resolve problems, get assistance in Ink and print related troubleshoot process with the help of Siegwerk experts, effectively and quickly. Each Siegwerk expert brings years of Ink expertise to solve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible – without waiting for an expert to arrive on site.
Siegwerk INKonnect is optimized for installation on iPhones and iPads for collaboration between field technicians and Siegwerk experts. You can always get support through a video session to identify issues and give accurate instructions through augmented reality annotations.
