Problem with sound

I would like to diable incoming call ringing. Unfortunately standard iOS settings: sound off and notifications off are ignored.
Besides there is no possibility to choose different sound. I don't know if I can set volume for incoming and outgoing call. Outgoing call is quite silent initially but when other person take the call then suddenly is very loud

Terrible. Use it only when must

Since I got this app I started to dislike Skype so bad. It doesn’t work smooth. If you want to enter a number you can’t do it in an easy way. You need to scroll over many other things that aren’t useful at all. I don’t understand why Microsoft started to use ENORMOUS space between every single thing. I need to waste my time to search for what I want and when I find it, there is no way I will call, because the buttons are super tiny and hidden. This Skype app is so spoiled. Also, even if you tell your phone that you don’t agree for background refresh, Skype will disregard this and push the notification anyhow. I have to use it, because Skype on my computer is EVEN WORSE and I had to uninstall it.

Small issues ruin the UX

The app itself is good. But tons of small issues make my user experience not great at all.

Example of the most recent new issue: I call a phone from Skype. I hear the outgoing call sound in my headphones (AirPods pro 2). But when a person gets their phone I stop hearing. I see that the app switches the sound from my headphones to the phone itself. And I need to switch the sound back manually which takes a few seconds. During these few seconds a person could drop the call since they don’t hear me as well. It happen all times. And I don’t see that problem with my old AirPods and with CarPlay.
