Update: August 2018 not only Samsung is reading the comments but also they are making updates. So now at login I don’t just need to enter login + password but on top of that I need to enter crappy captcha! Every time! Are u serious Samsung?!! This is seriously the worst app ever in the App Store! I was never so motivated to leave a comment in the App Store.

Old comment: Guys.. it’s 2018. No Touch ID means I need to log in (login + password) every time I access the app. The graphics are outdated but that’s fine.. just adjust it to retina plus size iPhones. The app is slow in discovering/connecting WiFi enabled and paired devices. Air conditioners are not meant to be changed every 2-3 years but I’m already thinking of getting a new air con not from Samsung. New buyers - hope u read this comment before you buy Samsung aircons.

This app does not work

Simply this app is not working, it crash when i try to add the my new aircon, so basicly i bought an aircon with wifi that i cant use becouse the app is not working … i will never buy Samsung stuff again

It’s not working antymore

Whenever I’m logging in for out of home remote control app crashes.
What should I do to keep it working? It’s not compatible with smart things.
