Kod QR powinien być widoczny od razu po włączeniu aplikacji - w siłowni jest kolejka przed czytnikiem bo każdy odpala apke, czeka aż się załaduje 1 ekran, potem wciska, znowu czeka aż się załaduje i dopiero widzi kod QR. Kolejki na 5 osób przed bramką to już norma. W dodatku powinna być opcja wyboru domyślnej siłowni, żeby jej nie wybierać za każdym razem, to już robienie z klienta deb…
Problems with a contract prolongation
I didn’t relieve any notifications that my gym membership ending, but I received it before on my mail . When I tried to get in the club, but access was denied. In the club I tried to prolong the membership through the application, the process was too long and after few hours nothing happened! And continue membership button disappeared! Now I need to try buy it again, but I don’t know why I can buy the new membership only with one day entry and I can’t delete it. How can I buy the new membership without the one day entry? What is the bug, where is delete button? Or delete on swipe?
Poor membership buying process
Today I bought “WEJŚCIE JEDNORAZOWE” for 39 zl, but the system does not allow me to pass into the gym. Cashier was not able to help me because I didn’t have an ID card with me.
I want to get my money back, I’m quite not satisfied with the service and I don’t want to visit Smart Platinium gyms anymore.
Last time when I had issues with buying the membership I was waiting response from support for 1 month.
