Various bug fixes and improvements

Invalid date of birth

I’m unable to sign in because date of birth is not accepted. Furthermore, the date picker defaults to current date.

Disconnects headphones during recording.

When trying to “setup sound” or start recording my AirPods pro are automatically disconnected and speakers and iPhone mic are used instead.
I’ll change score if the bug is fixed.
I’ve got iPhone X if it matters.

No music

Every time I want to play some keys or drums or anything on the app you can’t hear it even with max volume
