When printing out repairs on repair creation or repair details screen we now show customer signature on printed receipt (Star Micronics & Epson receipt printers)

Fixed a bug where linking a sale to repair was not working for some users.

Fixed a bug where employee limitations were not updating properly.

Added new filter on repairs screen. You can now filter repairs by status.
