Starbucks took my stars away from me

So, the other day (it was kinda long ago, but I didn’t know to write a review from me) I was like ending those stars, and I have gotten 93 of em, and then I had like the free cup, or the free coffee, so it took my stars and there was smth that I have a reward to claim, and I haven’t clicked on in, bec like I didn’t want to use it now, so kept it, and then after 1-2 months later I haven’t got like the cup or the coffee, so I went to the app and then the reward was gone. Like I was just going to Starbucks and saw that I don’t have the reward, so I have only 13 stars left, and the app took from me 80 stars. So if you can help with that, then thanks, but I don’t have my other 80 stars for abt 5 months now. If you would help, then thanks 🫶🏻

Some wishes

In general app is working ok. Although it looks a bit outdated with all buttons on top (not very convenient with new phones). Also add please “apple pay” method if you insist on sending money on this card and pay from it, it will be more convenient. Or better just make it possible to pay as customer wish and then scan card once for stars, cause now I have to scan twice in your stores to first add money and then pay.

Error adding Wallet card

Hello, the application works well and fulfills its tasks in Poland. However, for certain time the account status in the added Starbucks card in the Wallet application in the iPhone is not refreshed. After removing the card and trying to add it again, the message "server error: 500" is displayed. Uninstalling the application and reinstalling did not help. Do you know when the service will work again?
