Bugged and often useless
This app is full of bugs, and even the interface for submitting a complaint is broken. How ironic is that? The chat doesn’t allow me to send messages, and when trying to report an issue, I can’t even select a date properly. If an app is this unreliable, why release it at all? It makes no sense to offer a service that simply doesn’t work. A frustrating and useless experience.

The world has now AI and you still have no english or german Version! So poor!!
