This app is provided for the information management of the Strive247 Smart Fitness System.
If you are a regular member of the Strive Gym, you can check your exercise information, prescriptions, and progress.
If you are a trainer or a manager of the Strive Gym, you can manage your members' exercise information, prescriptions, and progress.
Important - This app is available only to authorized users and should be approved by the Strive administrator.
This app's features include:
- Report: You can check your strength and functional status
- History: You can see your workout date on the calendar, and click the date if you want to see the type of exercise on that day.
