The mDesk experience brings the core value of Synappx Meeting into your virtual workspace, simplifying web conferences and enhancing collaborative creativity. Synappx Go user license is required to unlock the mDesk experience. For in-room experience of Synappx Meeting with support for ad-hoc meeting, casting tech and meeting room calendar update, Synappx Meeting room license is required. 

Synappx Meeting can help you start your meetings by automatically connecting and enabling the following features:

Start meetings
- Your scheduled or ad hoc meeting can start with a simple click of a button. 
- When starting an ad hoc meeting, Synappx Meeting will automatically book the selected meeting room in Microsoft 365 / G Suite.

Automatic casting
- Your PC will automatically connect to the wePresent or the Sharp BIGPAD interactive display system, and will enable the larger display in the meeting room.

Auto-start web conferencing 
- Your web-based conference will start automatically, so there is no need to look for the meeting invite or login information.

Easy access to meeting materials
- It is easier than ever to quickly access the contents for your meeting.  You can quickly access documents attached to the meeting invite or contents stored in your cloud storage. You can also set shortcuts for your favorite applications where you store your contents.

Track meeting time
- Synappx Meeting can help you track the meeting time.  If you require more time, simply add time to extend the meeting. Your calendar will automatically update to reflect the additional time added to your meeting.

End meeting and disconnect
- When the meeting ends, Synappx Meeting can help automatically disconnect the wireless casting used during the meeting and allow the next meeting to start on time.
- Synappx Meeting can automatically update the calendar and free up the meeting room when the meeting ends early.

This application requires Synappx Meeting service accounts.
