CONTROL THE CLEANING OF YOUR HOME : Launch a cleaning session directly from your phone : Your robot will explore and create a map of your home*. You will have fun watching the robot cleaning and cover the entirety of your house or a specific space.
PERSONALISE THE MAP OF YOUR HOME : After the first creation of the map by your robot vacuum cleaner, assign the rooms, determine which areas your robot needs to avoid. You can even create levels to draw your entire house.**
ADAPT YOUR CLEANING : Change the suction speed of your robot according to the type of floor you have. Let the robot recognize and avoid the objects while cleaning thanks to artificial intelligence (AI).**
EXTEND THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF YOUR ROBOT : Thanks to the maintenance feature, get advices on how to clean and replace the components of your product. You can also buy accessories directly from your app.

Total disaster
The disadvantages of the 120 AI device are:
- hitting black obstacles with great force
- when the power at home is turned off, the device leaves the charging station and searches for the base until the power is turned on or the battery is discharged. We had such a situation while on vacation and later there was no communication with the device
- no app notifications that the device has started/finished cleaning
- a huge number of problems related to connectivity with the robot and the app
- the device, despite the saved schedule, does not keep it and does not clean every day
- can drive badly to the charging station and fail to charge after which it cannot start for tasks.
NOT RECOMMENDED!

It simply doesn’t work
I’ve tried setting up a new Tefal Xplorer series 50 maybe 20 times by now. Waste of time. The app doesn’t throw any errors or meaningful messages. The robot literally ran out of battery and turned off, and yet the app was still telling me to wait for the process to finish. The robot is actually really nice but the app is unusable.
I contacted support but even they don’t know how to make this work.
