I cannot wait for the day that I will be able to use a different service than Ticketmaster to access the events that I want to attend. I am fortunate enough to have attended many concerts, despite Ticketmaster doing everything in its power to prevent me from it, but the BTS ticket sale broke me. So many years on the market and yet Ticketmaster is somehow never prepared for the amount of traffic during sales. It doesn't even matter if there is a thousand people in the queue or a 100 thousand, this app/website will crash and burn all hopes and dreams. For the love of god, if you have the option to, please use literally any other website to buy tickets, and if you absolutely must use Ticketmaster - godspeed to you, brave soldier.

The worst possible app and website. Horrible experience! Last year it pushed me change password every login moment. This time I have decided to give it a second chance, and join the waiting list is just impossible - it send you back to login and nothing happens.

Im so disappointed. I live in EU and app looks like it was made in 2006. I can’t add tickets to apple wallet, I can’t share them quickly and overlay of the app looks NOTHING like the pics- and while you were changing apps for some reason, nothing even worked for like a week…
